What to bring with you
- Emirates ID for residents and passport for non-residents
- Insurance card(s) where applicable
- Form of payment (cash, credit or debit card)
- Copy of your medical records in English or Arabic
Reaching the center
When you arrive for your appointment valet parking services are available free of charge as well as free WiFi available for all patients and visitors.
Your appointment
We provide both scheduled appointments & walk-ins. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment.
If you are coming as walk-in prepare to spend at least an hour or more to allow for your appointment.
